    Michelle Cheeseman

    Head of School, DSL

    As Head of School, Mrs Cheeseman teaches across all our classes and is available to speak with families throughout the school day, both current and prospective. Mrs Cheeseman loves rugby as much as she loves ballet and loves doing sports clubs at lunch time and enjoying a hot chocolate with our Flourishing Flowers every Friday!

    Jenna Wittman

    SENCO, KS1 Teacher, DDSL

    Miss Wittman teaches in Bluebell Class and offers support to our whole community through her role as SENCO. Miss Wittman also leads PE, is our Senior Mental Health Lead and supports our ECT as a Mentor. Miss Wittman even has her own Youtube Channel with our very own Wake and Shake menu.

    KS2 Teacher

    Mrs Dewey teaches in Honeysuckle Class and also Leads Literacy in our school. Mrs Dewey started her teaching career with us and brings so many skills with her from her previous experience, including being an incredibly talented artist!

  • Antonia Ross

    Reception Teacher

    Miss Ross teaches Buttercup Class and works closely with Preschool and Bluebell Class teachers. We are delighted to be supporting Miss Ross as she begins her teaching career. Miss Ross brings a wealth of prior experience with her and already feels like part of the family. Look out for her blue sparkly cape!

    KS1 Teacher, DDSL

    Mr Pickavance teaches in Bluebell Class job-sharing with Miss Wittman and covers Honeysuckle Class one afternoon per week as well as leading on Science and Computing. Mr P is an experienced teacher and SENCO at Bere Regis, one of our other Trust schools. Mr P's favourite time of the week is leading singing assembly - what a voice!

    Mrs Carpenter is one of our marvellous TAs and, as well as supporting learning across school, does cover all 3 classes when needed. We are excited that Mrs Carpenter is on the journey towards becoming a teacher. Mrs Carpenter loves walking her dogs and silent discos!

    Mrs Hewish is one of our marvellous TAs and is also our longest serving member of staff, having started with us before the school moved up from the old school building. Mrs Hewish comes into her own around the campfire, singing songs at Hooke Court!

    Breakfast & After School Club

    Mrs Dutton provides a wonderful environment before and after school for our wrap-around care. What is wonderful is that Mrs Dutton is also a TA at Puddletown St Marys Middle School, which means our children have a familiar friendly face when they head there in Year 5.

    Mrs Henshaw is one of our marvellous TAs and also makes sure we have wonderful lunchtimes, organising our food and so much more! She is particularly talented at origami which always decorates our Top Table.

    Miss Winning will be your first point of contact for all aspects of school life. Miss Winning wears so many hats and makes sure everything runs smoothly for us. One of her favourite times is the termly Milborne Family Breakfast which she started over a year ago and has become one of our firm favourite traditions.

    Luke Honour joins us weekly from the Trust Central Team to ensure our school is kept in tip-top condition.
